If the pieces of the bullet hit Takame's shields, the fragments will noticeably pull on his Jewel's power in order to keep the shields up. As to Takame's other questions, Allairavar will shrug. Each mercenary group is different and since their populations tend to change, so do their tactics. Generally, they prefer hit and run as opposed to dug in confrontations, but Allairavar will warn that it is no guarantee - especially if the mercenaries wear Jewels dark than Takame's or close enough in rank that they feel as if they could take him in numbers.
